Valiba guarantees total customer satisfaction. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may exchange unused merchandise within 7 days of receiving date. Delivery charges are not refundable unless the incorrect product was delivered.
Please note that customized products, such as luggage tags, backpacks, suitcases cannot be exchanged and the full amount must be paid before initiating the order.
Colors displayed on our website may vary from the actual fabric color due to screen resolution or individual interpretation. We make every effort to ensure that the images on our site accurately represent our products. Items must be exchanged in brand new, unused condition, with all hang tags and packaging intact.
