Limited Warranty

We stand behind the quality of our bags and accessories with a Limited Lifetime Warranty — our guarantee that every Valiba item is free of material and manufacturing defects. This warranty is valid for the duration of the original purchaser’s lifetime, beginning on the date of purchase and subject to applicable laws. 

The Limited Warranty is valid for the duration mentioned on the product's warranty card, beginning on the date of purchase and subject to applicable laws.

If your product is no longer within the warranty period, we offer a high-quality service at a reasonable price. If your product is "beyond repair", we will try to suggest alternative options.

Your product has a warranty which covers manufacturing defects in workmanship and materials. Our warranty does not cover repairs resulting from carrier damage, misuse (such as transportation of unusual items) or neglect of the product, accidents, abrasion, exposure to extreme temperatures, solvents, acids, water, normal wear and tear or transport damage (by airlines for example) or repairs beyond the warranty period.

Also our warranty does not cover items loaded more than their mentioned capacity.

Improper or incorrectly maintenance or repairs performed by anyone other than our repair center void this warranty.
